We hope you will enjoy using our products but in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. For refunds or exchanges your order will need to be returned to us in its original packaging, in the condition it was received and in an unopened and unused state. Please ensure that you include your order number with your returned product.
It will be your responsibility to return your item(s) to us. My Expert Midwife cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your goods whilst they are being returned, therefore we would recommend sending on a tracked service. We will not be able to issue a refund until the items have been received at:

If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we will refund the postage costs, otherwise you will be liable for any costs incurred.
Once received, we will process your return within 24hrs. Your credit or debit card provider determines the time taken to credit your account. This is usually within a couple of days. We will notify you once we have processed your refund.
Damaged/ Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or are suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to provide a replacement or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org including, where possible, a photograph of any damage or fault.
Please note we can only accept returns of products bought directly from www.myexpertmidwife.ie , if you purchased our products from one of our stockists/amazon or www.myexpertmidwife.com then you will need to arrange your returns direct with them.
