Our fulfilment partners are working extra hard to ensure that all of your orders are dispatched with business usual, whilst working in line with government guidelines of social distancing and hand washing hygiene.
Not only are the delivery networks seeing an increased volume in deliveries, but many are working with a reduced work force. We are hugely grateful to them for the role they are playing in delivering your My Expert Midwife orders.
However, It is possible that deliveries with some carriers may take slightly longer than normal.
We value your custom and therefore provide FREE delivery within the Republic of Ireland. We also offer European and International delivery which can be selected at checkout before the payment screen.
All orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends and bank holidays. All orders received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the Tuesday on a bank holiday. Orders received after 1pm on a Friday and on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holidays).
FREE Tracked Delivery within Republic of Ireland - Approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Great Britain and Northern Ireland Tracked Delivery – 7 Euro - Approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch (please note free delivery to the UK is available via the www.myexpertmidwife.com website.
Rest of Europe Delivery – 17 Euro – Up to 7 working days from dispatch
International Tracked Delivery – 30 Euro – Up to 10 working days from dispatch
Missing Orders - Whilst we expect delivery to be quick, we cannot be held responsible and are not liable for any delay in your chosen delivery method, as this is beyond our control. If your order is not received within 7 working days from placing your order (10 working days for international orders) please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can rectify the situation and also investigate this with our courier partner.
Incorrect Address - If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, and you haven't informed us of a change of address prior to dispatch, we will be unable to replace or refund your order until it is returned to us by the courier.
