- Safe to use from the first trimester
- Handbag sized, so is small enough to be carried around discreetly during the first few months of pregnancy
Unfortunately there is no quick cure for sickness and nausea in pregnancy but you can do things do help reduce those feelings. Spritz for nausea contains essential oils that have anti-sickness properties, and can be used as part of a ‘toolkit’ of things to help you manage those feelings, alongside what and when you eat, and other suggestions that are discussed in more detail in our blog below.
As nausea is very individual to each woman and each pregnancy, it may take a while to discover which management methods work best for you. Contact your midwife or maternity team for further advice if you are unable to tolerate food and fluids for a prolonged period,
Definitely – you can combine two or three of them to achieve the desired effect. For example, if you were both nauseous and tired, you could try using Spritz for Nausea together with Spritz for Sleep.
All the sprays are safe to use on yourself from the very start of your pregnancy, which is to say the first 12 weeks or first trimester, and even after the birth. Because we continually review the latest research, we don’t use any essential oils which could be unsafe. Also, our sprays are formulated to contain the correct concentration levels for pregnancy and labour, so they work effectively for you but are not too strong.
